FLEXMAT PBX INFO SYSTEM INTERFACE
Flexmat is a interface between PABX switch and Access
control system for Nortel Networks M6500 and
EADS /
Matra 6500 PABX .
With Flexmat PABX attendant is able to see the in/out reason and return
date/time on the info terminal. Also
she is able to enter call back messages into Access control system from her Info
Vt100 terminal window.
Employees can read these call back messages from Access control terminals. This
later feature requires
that it is installed and Access control system can accept call back messages.
Access control tickets + return time is relayed into PABX database. Also call
back messages from maximum
two PABX attendance's terminals can be entered into Access control system.
Usually Matra Info terminal
window is used. Flexmat communicates with external systems with their protocols
and translates data into
correct syntax if needed. Flexmat has a build in line analyzer for diagnostic.
